Looking for a really easy, really yummy hamantaschen recipe (the sugar cookie type, not the doughy type).

Last year we did a Hamentash bake-off in my house with 5 different recipes.
This one was the clear winner:
Hamentash Recipe #1
4 eggs
1 cup oil
1.25 cups sugar
1 tbsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla
.5 tsp salt
-
4.5+ cups flour (add 1 cup at a time)

Thanks! just mix altogether? (My kids are making them so it needs to be simple, lol)

First mix top set of ingredients, then mix in the flour, one cup at a time.
My 12yo made it on her own and it came out picture perfect.
(My 7yo tried it and it wasn't as good, but I wasn't supervising properly.)
