I had an idea to put a regular size soda can with nosh in a disposable cup with lid
What size cup would fit I think 12oz is too small

Even a 24 oz cup would leave no room for more nosh

Can you get the mini soda cans?

Or else try the clear slush cups, like from Solo, with the dome lids. I believe those will work, and the dome lid will leave room for the extra add-in above the soda can.
