Can't compare the 2.
Talmud torah D'monsey is neutral chassidish. Families ranging from very chassidish to a bit more chilled.
Beer Yeshaya is very modern. Many mothers don't cover their hair. Mostly ex chassidish crowd.

Do you know the education level for both cheders? Also are all classes in English or some Yiddish?

Talmud torah D'monsey is yiddish speaking like any other chassidish cheder.
Beer Yeshaya has a chassidish staff, try to talk yiddish, but most boys are English speaking.
I'm not sure about the education level for both. Cheder D'monsey is small. They have till kittah gimel.

I'm not very familiar with either seems I misunderstood from whoever mentioned them to me so I just clarified
The 2 cheders I mean to ask about are officially both chasidish so I changed my title to Talmud torah monsey and beer yeshaya
