Help a girl out!
I know, I know, no one wants to face that Pesach is coming  !
I just love to have everything organized, and planned, so once I start cooking then I know exactly what I want to cook and bake.
I'll be cooking Pesach this year iyH and would love to hear everyone's favorite recipes / menus / tips / tricks.
We personally use sugar, oil, salt, potato starch and cocoa, and we do brok.
Please share your best and favorites!

Start by making a basic menu but leave space for new recipes that you'll come across closer to peach.

I start with soup. A big pot of soup that I divide into portions and freeze for the whole yomtov.
Then I do lots of potato kugels.
After that I make meat. Cool, slice and freeze.
Then clean and spice chicken- freeze in pans to be baked as needed.
Cakes are next. Lots of cakes. I double recipes.
Pesach ice cream and slush ices
Apple kugel
Chocolate chip cookies
Random recipes I find always get done somehow
Fresh right before Yom Tov is
Fish
Schnitzel
Cucumber salad
Roasted zucchini or other veggies
Things for the kaara
