How much do you pay your cleaning lady?
And how many hours a week of help do you take?

I no longer have a cleaning lady . But I did until a few months ago and she officially charged $15 plus transportation for one way . I paid her $15 transportation . She worked for 8 hours , once a week.

I live OOT and pay $20 which is considered very good ðŸ˜. 3-4 hours a day, 2 days a week.

Going rate where I live is about 40-50 an hour, but people charge to clean the house, not hourly. I have help for a few hours on Friday and that’s it because it’s a lot of money

$150 a day - but there are days she works 6.5hrs and there are days that can be 9+, but mostly it’s about 7 hrs.
She knows what needs to be done, and when she finishes she leaves.
OOT.
She comes 2x a week.
More if I need her if she’s available
I know she will retire soon. I’m waiting so I can start someone new for less pay
I have her 17 yrs.

Have her Mondays and Fridays full day. Usually 8-9 hours each.

My cleaning lady is at my house 8-9 hours usually. She cleans my whole house, washes floors, fridge, freezer, stoves. Washes and folds all laundry. It takes a lot of time. My house is 5 bedrooms/4 full bathrooms.
I give her different deep cleaning stuff most weeks.
I like when they do my whole house and I feel it was done as opposed to less time more days where they do the same stuff over and over.

I pay $120 for a crew of 3 women who clean for 2 hours. They fold laundry, change linens etc. no deep cleaning. Worth it. OOT. Big house.

This isn't hard, especially if the house is big. My question is, what do they do 6h/day, 5 days/week?

$20 an hour she comes once a week and cleans my whole house for 6 hours. 3 full bathrooms, 4 bedrooms, big kitchen, living room, dining room, hallways and basement. Washes dishes, changes all the linen, and folds some laundry in addition to scrubbing and mopping all of it.
