*$5 per costume donation+$5 refundable deposit upon receipt of costume after Purim

To clarify - this gemach charges $5 per costume donation? It costs money to donate?

They're asking for a $5 donation to their gemach in order to borrow a costume ($10 upon borrowing, of which $5 is refunded upon return).
