Hi,
Coming to Lakewood from Israel in a few weeks (hence the time, it's motzash here already), and planning.
Can anyone tell me which local bakeries/eateries, and, even better, supermarkets sell yoshon challahs, baked goods (bread, bagels), and takeout (e.g. shnitzel, lokshen kugel)?

I believe everything that is under KCL (which is most of lakewood) is also yoshon.

I confirmed this as well.
You can get a list online of their certified bakeries/stores/restaurants.
