Please excuse the ignorance but I am not from the US. How does one go about returning something to Amazon? Can someone please walk me through the process?

I don’t know how it works in other countries, but in the US this is the process.
Go into your orders and click on the item you want to return.
There should be a place to click return.
Then just follow the steps. You pick a place to send the return from, print out a label, package and label your return, and drop your package at the return location.
