Hi! I would love some new ideas for desserts/cookies/cakes/bars that only use natural sweetners...specifically maple syrup, honey and xyletol. often I would try to substitute sugar for xyletol but the consistency of the final product is completely different...and isn't so great. Please only post your tried and true recipes! Does NOT need to be gluten free!! Tia!
Also please pass on the fruit ideas..have enough of those! (Unless it's too amazing not to share!) Very Happy

Agave syrup. Use it one-to-one instead of sugar. The product will be a little different but that's all right. It will confer a darker color. It has calories but does not cause an insulin spike.

Ground up seeded dates work too. Ground in the food processor into a paste.

Any dried fruit, but especially dates.

Apple sauce too. There a lot of recipes using apple sauce in baking.

I use mostly honey, maple syrup, or coconut sugar.
What kind of recipes are you looking for?

Thanks! Maybe a good cookie or chip bar? Something good to have with my coffee
