Sometimes the diaper is only like half wet but the back of his stretchy is soaked. We use Pampers Swaddlers and I try to get a good seal around his legs. Any other tips?

Next size up or try a different brand. Brands all fit differently so it depends on the baby’s body type. (Ex:skinny vs chunky legs)

If he's leaking then he needs to size up.
Also would be remiss not to add that you need to point his eiver down.
