Unfortunately I can’t recall where I wrote down what I used last year that my kids liked. Any recommendations?

Jeff Nathan. ( Regular not the Cajun) its bigger crumbs . My kids love it. And my picky nephews gobbled the schnitzel . I dip in eggs. Then I dip in the crumbs that I add spices to ( mostly paprika for color). Wrote in my pesach notebook to only buy this type this yr.

Thanks! You don’t dip in potato starch before eggs?

I don't dip into potato starch before the eggs. My kids like the potato chips also, but I don't think that they reheat nicely.
