I tried soo many companies and am not satisfied yet 
My requirements:
Comfortable top - doesn’t dig in to my stomach or create more lumps
Comfortable and breathable material - not tights material
Doesn’t fade
Seamless
Do these exist??

"Seamless" meaning a gusseted crotch, or no side seams, or no seams at all?
I have heard people speak highly of Lululemon, but I don't know how much is just hype. They are $.

I’ve had the black Dressblank ones for years, and they match all your requirements, except there is seam. But since they’re ribbed, it’s not very noticeable.
