I was out with my kids and someone I knew (stranger to my kids) asked my child to come with them. My child had no issue and just walked off. This was someone safe (I know them). How can I teach children not to do this again? Any book recommendations?

If you saw the interaction & didn't want your child going with that person, why didn't you stop your kid right then & there?

There’s a youtuber who goes around to demonstrate to parents that no matter how confident they are that their children know about stranger danger, he can lure them away. In one instance he uses a dog to obtain their trust, in other it’s plain old candy.
Bottom line, kids cannot comprehend the dangers of the world. Keep an eye on them as much as you can.
