my 19 month old has started taking off her clothes several times a day, and after her clothes off comes her diaper
no matter how many times I tell her no she still does it.
any advice for getting her to keep her clothes on? I'm not really comfortable letting her go around without any (not to mention that it's cold)

My daughter use to do it btw 15mnths till a week ago but I decided enuf was enuf it's not cute anymore so I firmly in no joking manner said no don't take u'r clothes off, no don't take diaper off no no no.
This has worked for a week thus far
Only other suggestion I can think of is put her clothes on backwards

shes saying if the snaps of zipper is on front do it the other way but tshirts r difficult, dresses r harder to take off so are tights, try an undershirt with snaps on the bottom at least shell b half way dressed

I don't know about putting her clothes on backwards, but my son used to strip himself all the time. I made a point to put him in things that snapped or buttoned in the back, and I started putting his diaper on backwards so he couldn't get to the tabs. He mostly grew out of it, but he still prefers less clothing to more.

well at least if the daipers on backwards, it will be more difficult for her to take it off.
Is there a way to distract her when she begins to undress?

mine also loves to strip. I try to mostly put on onesies with snaps and pants on top-harder for her to take off. she also seems to keep on a dress (with little panties underneath).she cant take it off over her head.
good luck, at least we know its a passing stage!
