I did most today. But I'm doing some right before. Basically my toaster oven. Maybe the Thursday before. But I have a new baby and I'm exhausted and I'm hosting so I need to take cooking very slow. Also I want to try to rest for a few days before Pesach so I'm not too tired on Pesach.

We’re 9 people.
I think I could be up to kashering after this shabbos. It takes a a while to cover. I Work slowly in the kitchen and honestly I wish that I had more than a week to cook.
I still have a chometz area in my dinette so that will have to be done last minute.

Tuesday night. I hope it's enough time and not too stressful with still having to serve meals for a week before yomtov.

Next Sunday.
We are away by my parents for the first days. (Will have them the Shabbos before pesach so I will clean up Motzi Shabbos and kasher Sunday). I can cook Chol Hamoed Thursday for the rest. (May basement fridge is KFP and I am already shopped-except for produce).
If I had to cook for sedarim it wouldn’t work.

Then a marathon of cooking Sunday and monday.
