Treat him for pinworms and test for strep

Was going to say this. Pinworms. Strep can be a cause too. But grinding is more commonly pinworms.

Not op but didn’t realize was a big deal I know not the best but My 4 year old always grinds his teeth not new is that something I should be concerned about just thought it’s something he has to outgrow?
