I say "teh-mu" but I have no intention of shopping there so maybe I'm not the best person to ask.

Wish it just didn’t exist. These Chinese sites really make me believe they are using slave labor or something close. As a grandchild of Holocaust survivors I just can’t even take the chance that I might be involved in anything like that.

I just did a bit of research...
Looks like it was originally named Temu from their slogan "Team up..." (so pronounced Teemoo)
however, a few months ago, they had an ad at the superbowl in which they pronounced it Tehmoo.
They were asked about the change and they said they wanted their name to work well internationally with different languages.
