My DD was off gluten for a while and has recently discovered that she can handle spelt. We’ve started using spelt in a lot of our cooking/baking so that she can have it, too.
With Shavous coming, a few of the things we like to make use puff pastry dough. Does anyone know of a premade puff pastry dough made with spelt? I’d love for her to be able to eat her favorites again. (Last year we tried a GF dough & it was pretty horrible.)
We usually use squares, but I’m fine with cutting up sheets (even rolling it out, if needed).
I am in Lakewood but I have ways to get it from monsey or Brooklyn, too.
