take puff pastry squares (I think kineret makes the square ones) brush some dijonaise or dijonaise with a little more mayonaise on the inside of the puff pastry. Lay on top of that mixture some fresh cold cuts. roll it up, brush with egg and maybe some sesame seeds and bake for however long it takes for the puff pastry to get puffy and brown on top. Make sure you spray the bottom of the pan before bc the puff pastry sticks.

I do tbspn of mayo and a tbspn of mustard (spicy brown).

quarter pound of turykey and quarter pound of pastrami.

I skip the duck sauce.Cut slits in the dough and egg it. I put sesame and poppy seeds on.

bake at 350 for about 45 minutes or until golden, and puffy.

Ill usually order 1/4 lb smoked turkey, pastrami, and salami from the butcher and use that for the roll. If I have leftovers I save them for sandwiches

We don't have a fresh deli here so I always use packaged. There is nothing wrong with it.

I use flan pastry instead of puff pastry
I then mix honey and mustard and spread that over the pastry.
Then I do one layer of salami and one layer of turkey pastrami
Roll it up
Spread more honey and mustard on the top and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Bake for about 40 mins
Incidentally I use packaged cold cuts and it comes out delicious.
