what works the best is when I do it at night, in reality I usually make lunch in the morning

thank g-d for school lunches!!!!!!!! guess our tuition bill reflects it too... and.. I'm sure the lunches are officially funded somehow by the state for them (?)

my daughter doesn't go to school yet (actually I CAN NOT imagine her ever being that big) but does lunches for my husband count in this thread? 
I make his lunches the night before... usually quite late, the last thing before I go to sleep.

in israel I used to prep lunches the night before, but here I do it in the morning, while the kids eat breakfast.

My problem is that my daughter gets so bored of her lunches. Being original is hard work.

Just to answer the question- I make it late late at night, like midnight when everyones asleep and I'm doing chores/relaxing etc.

how can you make lunch for your kids the night before? doesn't the bread go bad or lets say a little hard sitting in the fridge all night?
