I remember in public school we'd never sing overtly religious Chriztmas songs. So instead of singing about the baby Jebus, we'd sing about snowmen and reindeer. The other half of the concert was Chanaukah song which I don't remember ever singing when we actually celebrated Chanaukah. I remember one particularly clearly, "Chanaukah, festival of light, candles shining brightly in menorahs..." Does anyone actually sing that?

The only "holiday" songs I hear here are about baby yoshke, some kind of tree, light, family, someone who lied about being a virgin etc.

I hate the music in malls, xmas carols or otherwise.
I get dizzy, my head pounds and I can't hear the clothing with all that noise.

Yes if I end up buying clothing that don't speak to me then I end up regretting it.
