In an attempt to cut down on bread consumption, I am making small challah rolls for Shabbos instead of full-size loaves. I usually bake the two round challahs for forty minutes at about 350. If I am making a few small rolls, how long do you think I need to bake them for? Should I reduce the temperature?
Thanks!

I bake my rolls for about 15 min or so, depending on the size. I found for my family the perfect solution was to start making the small loaf size challahs. It works great for us. I think the pans are approx. 2" X 4" .
