I gave the recipe to the Spice & Spirit. Being away from home, I looked for it now. I believe it's basically like the Betty Crocker one posted by sold at, but I add 1 tsp. dry mustard and diced tomatoes. BTW - even my kids who don't eat onions don't realize they're there, and eat them. (I do dice them finely.)
