dont have time to write a poem, but maybe something along the lines of making sure to drink from the bottle on purim and you can add something about it being a blue bottle (if it's a boy) and how many months/days it's been aged- and dont't forget to add the pun "whine" into it somewhere....

A baby bottle we chose this year
instead of giving wine or beer
On purim Hashem earased the bad decree
like little children who begin their world with a sweet neshama so clear and with purity
We hope you enjoy this shaloch monas of sweets
May we share many more simchas togehter
and a beautiful purim full of wonderful treats.
I'm nto sure if this is what u were looking for, but I hope maybe it will help. MAzal tov- by the way!
