on the bone or off?
here are some ideas....
dip chicken in one of the ingredients below then breadcrumbs
- italian dressing
- honey
- honey mustard
- mayonnaise
- duck sauce
dip in egg, then breadcrumbs, bake "upside down" on parchment paper for 1/2 hour, flip over and pour over it some lemon juice, sugar, curry powder (I'll chk the exact amounts if you want) and bake until done.

I vote for duck sauce!!!! You can also put some potatoes underneath the chicken, and you've got a side dish right there.

I dip the chicken either in oil or egg and then in bread crumbs matza meal or corn flake crumps and then bake in oven
