I want to bake hamentashem using a poppyseed filling. the store bought filling is D.E and the people who keep chalav yisrael will probably not eat it. Does anyone have a good (pareve) recipe?
Thank you!

I know its after purim, but here it is for future use!!
Poppyseed filling
1 1/2 cups (4oz) poppy seeds, ground....NOT easy to do unless you have a coffee bean grinder
1/2 cup of water
1 cup of pareve soya milk
3 TBSP of pareve marg
2 TBSP of honey
1 TBSP lemon zest
1/3 cup of coarsly chopped rasins
1/2 cup of sugar
pinch of salt
1/4 tsp of cinnamon
4 tbsp of seedless raspberry jam
1 small apple peeled and grated
place first 3 ing in a sauce pan simmer for a few minsadd all the rest apple and jamstir well reduce heat. You must watch that it does not stick or burn. Your goal is to get a thick paste. remove from heat, add jam and apple. let cool keep refridgerated
