Anyone have a good recipe for this? I know it has cucumbers, radishes and dill, but I'm not sure what the dressing is!
Thanks

ok I'm noticing a trend here that my posts never get replied to but I'm assuming that's cuz no one had a recipe here so here is a different salad from the usual:
cucumbers (with the peel - just wash really well)
Radishes
slice up in food processor on the slicing blade
dressing:
1/2 cup Mayonaise
1/2 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
2 tsp dill (dried is fine)
you could also just use your regular coleslaw dressing but add dill to it
enjoy!

haven't tried this myself, but the lady who gave it is an excellent cook.
Russisan Cole slaw:
Salad:
2 1/2 seedless cucumbers-washed well & shredded (leave peel on)
1/2-1 green pepper-grated
1/2 bag radishes (or more if desired)-grated
1 stalk celery diced into tiny pieces
1 red onion diced small
salt
Dressing:
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tsp dill weed
1/2 tsp black pepper
combine cucumber & pepper, add salt, let sit in colander for at least 1/2 hour.
pour off any excess liquid
mix with rest of ingredients
mix dressing ingredients, pour over salad, mix
Enjoy.
