I made for shabbos my delicious moroccan chicken with chickpeas and I'm looking for a vegetable to go with it. The chicken has a beautiful yellow color and I want more color on the plate. Any ideas?

Well, for next time, I would try the roasted cherry tomatoes from Kosher by Design, or I think a ratatouille would work. Or yummy roasted veggies - zuchinini, peppers, etc. with spices and olive oil.

Couscous with zucchini, carrot and pepper stewed in chicken broth. (potato, eggplant, sweet potato, onion, etc also work).
