I'l like to use the cooked vegetables from the chicken soup for a kugel or something. (Sweet potato, zucchini, carrots, parsnip.)
Does any one have any ideas on how I can do this?

I guess this is what I would do. Saute some onion. Mush everything together. add salt and pepper. add an egg? and voila!

They definately still have nutritional value.

Or, stick them in the blender (if you have a meat blender), or wand them, and put them back in the soup.
Alternatively, mush them up, add some garlic and tomato and use them the next time you make a fleishig spaghetti sauce.

I can't resist to come back here and post: ra_mom thanks for taking me up on my offer! Your generous donation yielded 11 whopping baby jars and baby Miriam licked her lips today at supper. I hope you didn't get shortchanged with my exchange to the cause!
