They didn't advertise that it would be leah, so y did u assume it was her? How was the comedy otherwise for the fact that it wasn't forster?

It was Malky Knopfler who also emceed the event. I didn't really come for the comedy but some of it was cute. I'm sick of the fat jokes though. I think it's a bit self defeating and doesn't do anything for anybody's self esteem either. I mean, I'm glad she can joke about it but I just don't see the humor in it. The other major thing was a skit about a shvigger of course. It was cute though. She says she treats her daughters the same way she treats her DILs and then has two pretend cell phone conversations first with her daughter and then with a DIL and the conversations are exactly the same except she's horrible to the DIL. I was thinking she was going to treat them the same: each equally awful but then again that wouldn't be comedy that would just be depressing.

I think it does take guts to get up in front of over 1200 women and do comedy because it can either do well or fall flat.

I'm so glad I went though although next time I'd like to go with a friend. Kineret is not how I imagined she would be at all. She was excellent but I had no clue she had such interesting stage mannerisms like going into the audience and practically sitting on people's laps while singing to them. I felt so happy DH had purchased my ticket from the internet. Poor Mrs. Goldstein!

Oh and Chanale was excellent and I liked Bracha Jaffe a lot as well. This was my first women's concert and I think IY"H I'll be going to more (if I can find someone to go with me next time) The only real complaint is no transportation from Crown Heights!

I went to kinneret's concert this chol hamoed and it was really great and very leibidig.
was my first time hearing Chanele and she was great also.
Yes, it was alittle weird the way Kinneret went into the audience and sat on ladies' laps and sang
but I still enjoyed it very much-it helped chill out from all the yom tov preparing-can't wait for her next women's and girls concert

Does anyone know who Kinnneret's Chosson is
where he's from and what type-Just Curious -I'd love to see her happily married already.
She's a fine girl-spoke to her afew years ago and was really impressed-so much Bitachon and Emunah

Kineret is engaged to a man who wears a shtreimel, has kids, and is chassidish.. I just got her wedding invite actually! Should be a real exciting wedding!
