do you eat em?
throw em out?
eat only the wings or necks attached?
How about the rest of the vegetables that are there for flavor?
I eat everything including carrot squash, chicken of the bones, and even parsley and the cooked onion.

If I use bones, I just throw them out after the soup is done.
If I use chicken pieces, I either eat the chicken while fresh with some coarse salt, make a salad with cubed pieces or chicken, chow mein...
I will iy"H be using the sweet potato this week for Borekas.
Parsnip and onion I chuck.
Zucchini and carrot I eat as is.

I guess it depends on how much meat is on the bones to begin with. For mine, very little.

Take the chicken off the bones and throw them out! You can't re-use them. Well, you can, but all of the flavor is gone once they've been cooked.

I use carcasses because neither of us eat the chicken in the soup (we're usually too full by then) so there's not much meat on them. I throw them out and strain the soup once its cooled down a bit.

I use the mix of carcases and giblets/necks, but usually manage to get some bits of meat off bones, which get served with the soup, together with vegetables and herbs. It takes time and gets quite messy, I admit.

I blend the vegetables with some soup for a "creamed vegetable-chicken soup", add water and salt as neccesary and shred the chicken into this soup. It is really delicious!

I use chicken wings in the chicken soup & we eat them along w/ the soup.
Same w/ the zuchini & carrots & cubed nob celery.
I throwout the onion & parsley (unless I use parsley cubes from the freezer - then it flakes all over the soup)
This is what I do when I'm left w/ leftover soup on sunday. I take out the veggies & mash for my baby. I make a cream soup using the liquid as chicken stock. Then I debone the leftover wings & throw it back in to the soup.

Oh!! I really thought you meant bones. Then I guess I voted wrong. When I use chicken bones to make soup, I put them in a cheesecloth bag with fresh garlic and dill and toss it after the soup is done. When I use chicken, I cut it up and give it to my kids with their soup. Sometimes I save the leftoves and make chicken chow mein, if there's enough.
ANd the veggies - that's the best part of the soup. I use carrot, onion, celery, parsnip and zucchini (peeled and thrown in for the last 20 minutes of cooking). My kids usually finish all of it.

I use the carcasse. Whatever meat I can scrape I put in the soup to be eaten with the veg., Then I give the bones left to animals.

Take of the flesh (and sometimes freeze it if I don't want to use it immeidately)
I'll then use it either for a chicken salad for shabbos lunch, or to make chicken stir fry or chicken wraps for supper.
