bought a package of frozen falafel balls - but it didnt come with instructions. do I need to fry the balls first or just defrost them?

I usually bake them in the oven from frozen, on an oiled foil sheet. They come out paler than the deepfried version but definitely healthier and less mess to clean up

What brand are they? If they're notmushy, they're precooked.
