Brownies a la the clean eating way

1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup cocoa
1 T cinnamon, or less
1 tsp baking powder
pinch salt
1 cup cooked sweet potato (small or medium)
1/2 cup agave nectar or honey or corn syrup
1/4 cup oil (olive, if you can stand it)
1 tsp vanilla extract (pure of course)
6 egg whites

You mix your ingredients and bake for 20 minutes in a 8 by 8 inch or similar baking pan
