For crust I use standard pizza dough recipe that came with my bread machine.
For sauce I use standard pizza sauce straight from the bottle but you can spice it up by adding a bit of harissa.
For topping standards are tuna, black olives, roasted peppers, chopped purple onion and a sunny-side egg. The trick is to shape the dough so that the centre bit is a bit sloping down from the rim (as in a concave). You crack a raw egg on top, and broil it till the egg is just barely set. This is the authentic way but many people just substitute this with slliced boiled eggs.
Obviously no cheese.
I'm not a tuni but that's what they serve at my friends.
