What to serve with Deli Roll???

I am going to make the sweet potato deli roll and meat roll as an appetizer for Shabbos. I am going to put a slice of each on each plate as an appetizer, but I have NO idea what to serve along with it. I feel like it looks too plain to be alone but I cant think of a great salad that would go with it, there is no dip...Any ideas???

If you're serving it as an appetizer on individual plates, why not just place some greens underneath each serving?

Saute a sliced onion and a sliced carrot in 3 Tbsp. oil for 10 minutes. Add 1 can string beans (or 3/4 lb. fresh), 1 Tbsp. apricot jam, and salt and pepper to taste.

Let simmer until tender.

Quick and easy!

Large pieces of Romain lettuce, or other greens. If you want you can make a small green lettuce salad, and serve a creamy dressing on the side in a small little cup on the plate.
