I used to use individual disposable muffin aluminum pans when I did not have ramekins yet.
That said, can someone please post the recipe?

My mother in law called me last night to tell me she tried it and thought it was great. I'll have to give it a whirl now.

heres the rcipe
8oz margarine
3/4 cup light brown sugar
3/4 cup sugar
1 T vanilla sugar
2 eggs
dash of salt
3 cups flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup chocolate chips
cream the margarine and sugars together until smooth. add the eggs. combine flour, slat and baking powder and add to the mixer. mix in the choco chips. transfer the batter to the ramakins filling each halfway. bake in a preheated oven at 375 degrees (195 c) for 15-20 minutes or untill top starts to turn golden brown, you want them to be slightly under baked. serve warm
