I had the brilliant idea of making a cream sauce and serving a type of fettucini alfredo with chicken pieces for shabbos, they only problem is I can't find a pareve recipe.
I was thinking that I could use margarine, non-dairy creamer, spices, (maybe fake sour cream) and flour or cornstarch to thicken it.
Does anyone have a recipe that they've tried before?

I am not home near my cookbooks, but I have made cream sauce using chicken soup, flour, etc... it works! Try spice and spirt under chicken pot pie for the sauce!

I'll look for the cheese next time I go to the Kosher store, it seems like the recipe might work out without the cheese. I find a similar recipe that was almost identical, with the exception of the cheese.
