Chocolate Cluster
full of chocolate antioxidant goodness !
6 oz chocolate - either chips or a mixture of bittersweet & semisweet chocolate
1 cup chopped nuts, toasted beforehand if you can - almonds, pistachios, or pecans (or a mixture)
1/2 cup raisins or Craisins
Options:
a little vanilla extract to ease melting
a little Kahlua or coffee, to bring out the choc taste
rice or other cereal
flaked coconut
You melt your chocolate any way that you feel comfortable, then add your nuts and fruit. Either plop into a pie sized pan or spoon onto cookie sheets in indiv blobs and freeze or fridge until cold.
Good anytime !
