injecting a pregnant women with some sort of injection wont make her all of a sudden be pregnant with twins?

No. And it won't make them 'aryan-looking', either.
Do you think they've looked into the twin rate in this village BEFORE the 1950s/60s? Perhaps it's just a local anomaly.

Did anyone catch at the very end it also mentioned that the cows seem to have twins fairly often? The whole thing is eerie.

How old are these twins? The ones pictured look like they're in their teens. He did this in the late 80's? The dates don't add up.

of course they ar aryan looking. they are of german descent. And since twins run in families, its not so weird.

Maybe davka it's lehefech. He chose that town davka because of his interest in twins, and because they're of German or "aryan" descent he didn't stand out.
