Does anyone know how to make the ice cream that goes in a pie crust with sandwich cookies crushed up?

Either a whipped topping (unwhipped) with oreo cookies broken into pieces and frozen in a chocolate pie shell, or my personal favorite, melted vanilla ice cream, 1/2 cup P butter and broken up sandwich cookies mixed together and frozen in a chocolate pie shell.

Buy a big whip.
Whip it.
add cookies (20) that were crushed in a ziplock. freeze in TWO choc. graham cracker shells.

I have a whole recipe for pareve vanilla ice cream that I make in a pie shell w crushed choc sandwhich cookies. it is YUUUMM and worth the few steps to make it (as opposed to using just whip).....it makes 2 pies......let me know if u want the recipe I can post it tonite

Here it is............
4 eggs, separated - then wait 10 minutes so they get room temp
1/4 cup sugar
8 oz richs whip (not whipped up)
3 Tbsp vanilla sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1. Beat egg whites with the sugar - adding a little at a time - until stiff, like a good 15-20 minutes.
2. In a seperate bowl, beat reamaining ingredients (egg yolks, whip, vanilla sugar and vanilla).
3. Fold egg whites into the whip mixture.
4. Crush cookies and place on bottom on graham cracker pie crust (2 pies) - you dont have to do this but its much better if u do.
5. Pour ice cream on top. - you can put sprinkles on top to make it look festive!
Then freeze.
ENJOY!

I mix an unwhipped 16 oz whip with about 10 - 15 crushed chocolate sandwich cookies and pour into a chocolate graham cracker crust.
It is the easiest recipe and delicious.
You don't even need to make a bowl or spoon dirty - just mix everything in a bag and pour intot the crust.
(Everyone asks the recipe and it is embarrasing to give it - just a warning)
