How much in advance can one make chocolate mousse?  I want to make my recipe with eggs in it and not sure if that makes a diff. in longevity of it.

a few days, for sure, is okay. mine is still sitting in the fridge from friday and it's fine.

You can def. make it Wednesday(tonight, lol) it'll be fine for Shabbos.I made it last time Thursday and devoured the leftovers Sunday

I made mine Friday, and by Wed night it waas a little watery. I stirred it and it was fine.

freeze it. and defrost it in your fridge a day in advance.
