I'm dying to make homemade pizza (in my tiny toaster oven Tongue Out )....any ideas?

And do you use canned sauce or homemade? What tastes the best?

Thanks!

I made this recipe last night. I subbed white whole wheat flour for the flour in the recipe. It was so good!

Do you think I can use extra virgin olive oil in this recipe? That's all I have.

I have a great recipe at home for half whole wheat and half regular flour. It's delicious. If you want I can check it up later.

I think it'll be fine, you're only using a little bit anyways.

2 pkg dry yeast
1 1/3 cup warm water
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp sugar
2 oz olive oil
4 cups of flour

put everything but flour in bowl mix add flour knead let rest 5 min put on greased pan take flour on fingers and press into shape - bake for 10 - 15 min in 350 oven.

then start topping and bake w/toppings till cheese is yummy looking to you.

marina sauce
garlic powder, black pepper, oregano
diced onions, green pepper, olives, mushrooms
lots & lots of cheese and more spices
if you like it caliente put some cayenne pepper (non-irradiated of course)

I make this recipe all the time ... switch it off for whole wheat when either in the mood or the girlies are in the mood ... comes out grand either way Wink
