I baked brownies the other day. Since brownies cannot be checked before pulling out of oven, I left it an extra 5 minutes & then took out. It cooled off. a day later it's still too raw to eat. Last time I tried putting it back inthe oven & it just burnt the outer part.
Anyone know what I can do before dumping it?

Maybe bake them covered?
Even if the outer part does end up burning.. Yu can cut off the burnt part and stay w the soft part...
Worst case senerio... If it all burns.. I would put them in my food processor and make browny crumbs.. Good for toppings or even to put it on bottom of chesscake as the crumbs part. (Mixed w margerine or butter to make it stick together)
Crumbs freeze well
