I have a recipe that I've been making for a long time, but it doesn't come out right. We love it the way it is so I make it anyway, but I wonder if anyone has it down correctly:

2/3 cup oil
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
1 cup cocoa
2 scoops vanilla sugar
pinch of salt
3 tsp baking powder
1 1/3 cup flour

My problem is the with the baking powder, I think. The top of the brownies gets hard and cracks but the inside stays unbaked, especialy the middle. And the top puffs up over the fudgy part and looks ugly.
Does anyone have this recipe or any suggestions?
TIA
