Cooking meat today (thursday) for sundays meal

if I cook meat and chicken today for sundays meal, do I need to freeze it?

On Yom Tov when you open the fridge a million times, pack up the fish into separate containers for each meal... because every time you open and close the container to serve, you're risking that it will go bad. So if it's all separate, you're only opening what you are using. Same for meats.

That's a judgement call. I'm eating two meals out and I'm not leaving my stove or oven on, so my kitchen is very cool. Also, I serve from the kitchen and no foods sits out, so for me that's not necessary.
