Freezing potato kugel

Do you freeze your potato kugel? I make a whole pan and never know what to do with the leftovers... Can I freeze it?

I do! I defrost it in a heated oven (put it in still frozen) for quite a while and it is really good. It's also great stemed in cholent. I loosely wrap it in baking paper and put it on top and leave it there overnight. Yum!

Sure. If you re-bake it before use its as good as fresh!
I've actually tried freezing raw kugel but think it tastes better when frozen baked.

I think frozen potato kugel is delic. I just reheat uncovered in the oven so it is not soggy. Sometime I pour some hot water on top to keep it moist. I don't see any difference between frozen or fresh.
