I'll try yours it sounds more dangerous |
don't post it!!! I'm covering my eyes just in case you do |
no you have to buy a share in betty crocker - this way you get it in a little bowl that you pop in the microwave and instructions say 40 seconds ...
that's why hers is dangerous - even with 3 minutes - no need to run to the store

it's barely ok. It needs salt to balance out the sweet and just tastes plain, kind if blah... I was e pecting it to taste richer, more gooey... I used soymilk instead of milk cause I'm fleishig and wonder if it would be better if I had used milk...

It was interesting... I made it in a wide mug, so everyone had a small taste and that was just enough.
The chocolate chips helped.
I also made it with whole wheat.

for all of you who said that it tasted plain, I substituted rum extract instead of the vanilla and dont bake for to long it should not be too dry!
This way was yum!
Enjoy!

I also just made it and I think 3 minutes was way too long. It came out dry instead of gooey. I'm willing to perfect it though, if it means I can keep eating chocolate cake...
any other ideas?

just made this again, with a low fat version:
I used whole wheat flour
used splenda instead of sugar
2.5 T apple sauce + .5 T oil
sprinkled bit of salt & baking soda
used mini chocolate chips (this has sugar)
I also cooked it for a little shorter that 3 minutes
I cannot tell you yet how it tastes cool, but it is def. amazing fresh!

what a shame I have a fleishog microwave and I guess I could use soy but the point of this recipe is that its a lazy one and im not going to make an effort to get soy milk.

I substituted the milk for water and it tasted the same.

havent tried it yet-but u can be sure I will!
for those who complained about dryness, remember, not all microwaves are the same wattage. some will need more time, some less. so it probably pays to experiment a bit.
