I would like to start incorporating more flaxseed and wheat germ into my healthy baking recipes. How do I go about doing that? Do I just replace it for some of the flour that the recipe calls for or just add it in extra??? how much?

I simply add a tablespoon or 3 of flax seed to the recipe ... makes whole wheat breads lighter as well ...
