Any non-Jewish store or dept store will take returns, assuming of course you don't wear it.

happyone, a lot of non-jewish stores dont allow returns on underwear and bathing suits-its for hygeine reasons.

any internet order can be returned. for sure lands end takes back bathing suits.

I have bought bathing suits with a plastic cover over the crotch. But anyway they are stretchy so fitting shouldn't be a huge issue.

I would try Lands End.
It takes about a week or so to get it.
Returning is no problem. Either send it back or take it to a Sears store.
