amother - I also can't lose weight. I work out, eat well, do toning and cardio a lot, but yet no weight loss. When I was nursing everyone told me oh you will lose it for sure when you stop nursing. Well I stopped 3 months ago and so far nothing has changed. (although I did lose a little size on top but not like I expected to...) so I am right there with you in this.

Every morning I do 20 minutes of stomach exercises and arm and leg exercises, walk the kids to and from school, then in the evening I do between 30 and 45 minutes of the exercises stated above. I also try to do about 15 minutes of these exercises at lunch time. The results are amazing I fit into my pre pregnancy clothes from number one.
